Exportly.ai is building the most intelligent chrome extension for sales teams. Exportly is the first, and only, Clay-powered chrome extension - meaning teams can connect Exportly to their Clay accounts and leverage their Clay tables, workflows and credits to power their sales rep workflows in Exportly. Our chrome extension will allow sales reps to benefit from the superpowers of Clay without needing to learn its intricacies.

We are a small but mighty (remote) team of 6. We’ve raised $13M from some of the best venture funds including NFX, Raine, A* Capital along with former SVPs and founders of OpenAI, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Deel and Eventbrite.

About the role

The Founding Head of Growth will lead Exportly.ai’s initial growth phase from launch and eventually build out the underlying growth team - but initially this role will have no direct reports.

  1. Responsible for driving two key metrics:
    1. Number of Active Accounts
    2. Number of Active Users
  2. High-level Expectations:
    1. Establish the processes and systems to run high velocity, data-driven growth experiments within the first 30 days.
    2. Work with the founder to ideate and prioritize growth experiments and then lead on executing them.
    3. Complement sales-led acquisition - which will be driven by founder-led sales + 1 account executive - of customers with lead-generating activities further up the funnel.

What we are looking for

Ready for Early Stage: You have either worked in very early stage environments before as the first 2-3 non-technical hire or you have some other relevant exposure to early stage environments. As the first growth hire, you’ll work closely with the founder to evolve the GTM motion. While there will be very little processes in place, we are looking for someone with an analytical mind who can implement lightweight processes amidst abiguity. You must be curious about company building and ready to take on more than the traditional responsibilities.

T-Shaped Background with a Spike in GTM: We are looking for someone who has a generalist background, and can therefore solve a wide array of problems with analytical rigor but also pragmatism. The spike in experience we are looking to complement that generalism is a spike in GTM (3+ years), preferably in growth, marketing or product. We need someone who is has experience there and is comfortable solving challenges across the full-funnel.

High Agency & Ownership: The ideal candidate gets excited by the hard problems and wants a ‘seat at the table’ instead of being given a pre-baked strategy and a set of todos. The founder is ideally looking for someone who in time can grow into the leader of the GTM function for Exportly.

Lastly, you must be eager to work very hard and comfortable having your contributions highly visible to everyone at the company.

What we offer

Base salary $180-250k in USA
